NOTE: This headset has a CTIA 3.5 mm US-type connection. This applies to all our AXIWI headsets. All AXIWI headsets are compatible, regarding the connection, with the AXIWI communication systems (AXIWI AT320 & AXIWI AT350) that we offer. If you want to connect this headset to another communication system or device, please check whether the connection is compatible.

Application

The AXIWI Custom Headset is very durable and can be used for virtually any application. The headset is widely used by referees who are constantly on the move during a match and deal with many environmental factors such as noise and weather.

Ordering; How does it work?

Send an email to info@axitour.eu to confirm your order for the Custom Headset. Include the following details in the email: Name, Address, City, Phone number and email address.
Visit a hearing aid shop and have an impression of your ear made, this can be left or right. Making the ear impression costs approx. € 15 and must be paid directly in the shop.
You receive the ear impression immediately;
- You must clearly indicate at the hearing aid shop that the impression must meet the following requirements:
  - -The entire concha (ear shell) must be filled.
  - -It must be a deep impression.
  - Clearly indicate that the impression is for a Custom Headset, so they can adjust the impression accordingly.
Transfer the amount for the headset (enquire with customer service) to our bank account;
Send the ear impression to Axitour B.V. Ohmweg 12A, 3208 KE, Spijkenisse;
After receipt of the ear impression, delivery time is 3 weeks.
